ONLINE PURCHASE TERMS

To order online, simply click on "shop" button at the top right of the site header or click on the "Hina Moon" logo on home page to access to the "shop" button at the bottom of the page.
All you have to do is choose the quantity you want to receive.
In case of unavailability of the product, we will inform you by e-mail. If it suits you, it will be shipped as soon as it is available. Otherwise, you will be free to cancel your order by sending us a simple email to [email protected] specifying your name, address and order date.

PAYMENT TERMS

The entire payment is requested before sending your order.
We have set up a secure payment method via Paypal. You can pay either with your Paypal account or by credit card via the Paypal platform without being obliged to open an account.
If you wish to pay by check, please send an e-mail to [email protected]. We will send you an order form by mail that will have to be returned with your payment. The check should be at the name of Hina Moon and mailed to:

HINA MOON - 45 rue clisson - 75013 PARIS - France.

Upon receipt of your check, your order will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays and Sunday).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is offered under certain conditions. Shipments are made by letter.
The delivery time in letters followed is generally 2 to 4 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) for France and 4 to 6 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) for Europe and world.

THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your article.
The product must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Shipping fees for return are on your charge. Upon receipt, we will proceed to its refund either by check, by Paypal, or by bank transfer. Please return your name, surname, postal address, email address and telephone number.
